Bronweyn is an E-RYT500hr asana yoga teacher and practitioner with over 500 hours of training experience and 2,500 hours of teaching experience in the Bay Area (CA). She began her yoga journey to cope with stress and anxiety and has found the movement to be meditative and grounding in her anxious body. Her classes focus on proper alignment and building strength mentally and physically. Whether you are a new or experienced student(s), or a yoga/fitness instructor looking to hone your skills, Bronweyn can work with you.
